First of our Management committee meetings for 2024 Season. Moving forward they will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.

It is compulsory for Coaches and Managers to attend this meeting every month. It's essential as key information is provided to team staff and is the best forum to provide feedback and discuss issues that are affecting our club and to have input into decisions and direction of our club. Management committee members will be called upon to vote from time to time on crucial decisions or initiatives that our club is required to act upon. If coach and manager can not attend then it is their responsibility to organise a member from the teams parent group to attend on the teams behalf and to relay the information. This representative will need to be provided to club secretary prior to the meeting so that they can be included on the meeting invite and recorded in meeting minutes (note this representative would not have voting rights under the constitution). Things a really hotting up for this season and your Executive committee has already been engaged in a mountain of work so the expectation is that  the Management committee can tap into that work and help to push our club forward with great momentum.
